Fabulous book

Its not just a recipe book, it gives an insight into life. The couple of recipes I have made have been stunning. The chicken ruby a firm favourite

The Most Beautiful Cook Book

This book is an absolute delight for the home cook. It is beautifully presented, with historic facts, maps and tales of marvellous people and places that influenced the lovely people at Dishoom. This a stunning gift for a loved one. Possibly my favourite cook book in my collection. The Chicken Ruby curry and lamb kebabs are a favourite in my home.
