Preparation and Usage
Always pre-heat your oven. Bake one tray at a time. We like a thick cookie - if you prefer a flatter cookie press dough down slightly with a spatula before baking. Bake for 2-3 extra minutes if you prefer a crispier cookie.
Enjoy!
Instructions
Ovens vary so baking times may need to be adjusted accordingly.
Be patient. Cookies begin to spread in the final few minutes of baking. The cookie surface will begin to dome and light cracks will appear on the surface when they're done. Allow cookies to cool for 3-5 minutes before serving.; Oven cook - From Frozen. Preheat the oven to 165°C or 145°C in fan assisted oven. (Gas Mark 3/4)
Remove all packaging and place dough balls 7cm apart on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
In conventional oven: from frozen bake 16-18 minutes. In fan assisted oven: before baking flatten dough balls slightly with a spatula (allow frozen dough balls to thaw for 3-5 minutes before flattening), bake for 14-16 minutes.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Preheat oven to 160°C or 140°C in a fan assisted oven (Gas Mark 3/4).
Place one or more cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake 14-16 minutes for a warm and gooey cookie.
Bake 16-18 minutes for a crispy crunchy cookie.
Remove from the oven. Rest on baking sheet - cookies continue to bake as they cool. Enjoy!
Baking tip: Always pre-heat your oven. Bake one tray at a time. We like a thick cookie if you prefer a flatter cookie press dough down slightly with a spatula before baking.

10/10 gorgeous
Popped them all into a dish and created a cookie dough dessert! Absolutely lovely, gooey. Yummy
Grainy texture due to oat flour
The oat flour that these are made with gives them a strange texture, not smooth like cookies usually are. It ruins them in my opinion and they don’t spread out when being baked even if squashed down before cooking
Like restaurant cookie dough dessert
We tend to microwave a cookie at a time for about 30-60 secs and make it just that doughy dessert served with ice cream. It is so delicious. Have only made it to the biscuits once or twice and they are good but I would not buy it for that as the dough is the special bit! Expensive but a tasty treat.
Problem with lack of chocolate chips
I see at least one earlier complaint. Some had chocolate chips, some didn't, and without them they do not taste nice at all.
oh my gosh, amazing. 11/10
I made these with my granddaughter last week. Wonderful runny chocolate inside, absolutely delicious. Will be a regular on my shopping list, I have already ordered on my next shop
Does not make a lovely gooey cookie
I do not recommend these if you are looking for a soft, gooey cookie. This dough makes a very small, crisp biscuit.
