Perfect sweetness

It's great for baking and sauces. Lovely texture and flavour and over 70% chocolate. Great quality, I can taste it!

Perfect cooking chocolate

This chocolate is perfect for cooking. I make Profiteroles a lot ( cream & ice cream) and this chocolate gives a lovely flavour

Used for baking

I got this to try as part of a promotion. I used it to bake brownies and it was lovely, really chocolatey. Even though it states extra dark, I wouldn't associate it with dark chocolate as it hasn't got that bitter taste to it. I would definitely use this again in the future.

Lovely and versatile

This was my first time buying Dr Oetker dark chocolate, I was making flap jacks and thought I'd mix it up and use this chocolate instead of my usual milk chocolate, it really made my flap jacks the tastiest I've mad, it would have been 5 but I didn't like the taste chocolate on its own

Good cooking chocolate

Good quality dark cooking chocolate. Tastes great without a butter after taste which some dark chocolate leaves. I melted in warm cream to make a ganache for a chocolate cake. It was luxurious and smooth. I also used in brownies, both melted and cut into chunks. A great result.
