Instructions
- Take care not to get water into the melting chocolate.; Microwave - From Ambient. - Break into squares and place in a microwave safe bowl and heat on medium power for 1 minute, then stir well. If required, heat in bursts of 10 seconds and stir until smooth.
- Take care when melting chocolate not to overheat.

Perfect for dark chocolate lovers to add to baking at home even more delicious

This has a strange consistency, I know this is a cooking chocolate and it does melt well but for chunks I'd use a good quality dark chocolate instead. It tasted a bit artificial

Not a patch on what it used to be
Hugely disappointed. This is the only cooking chocolate I could use for my grandson with his dairy allergies, and the family only like very dark chocolate. I've used it for years and suddenly I couldn't break off a single piece from a bar. I had to take my rolling pin to it and bash it, and even after that it just doesn't seem the same product at all. Why on earth did they have to mess with a perfectly good product?
