Works!
Baking powder must need different storage as I find this far better than the tubs

Fantastic individual sachets
So handy to use one sachet at a time, and always fresh. They do not make food taste of baking powder, where a teaspoon is required in a recipe a sachet is perfect

More than a teaspoon
I wondered why my cakes were overly tasting of baking powder, since switching to this. I normally pour one sachet in, as it states one sachet is equal to one teaspoon, using a measuring spoon, I found that one sachet of this equals more than a level teaspoon. But this is good baking powder.

good baking powder
yes I would use loose powder but haven't found a tub at ocado that you can either get a teaspoon into or seals airtight. used to use the French baking powder but that's not stocked anymore
