60ml milk (4 tbsp)
1 medium egg
For the decoration:
65g soft butter
440ml chilled water
Milk as required

Good fun.
An eight year old and a six year old loved making these cupcakes, though who made the bubbles caused a few arguments. Nice change from the usual cake mixes. The planets one was good as well although planet earth continents didn't go so well.

Lots of fun with our 3 year old
We had great fun making these. Took a long time as we didnt read all the instructions up front so didnt realise we needed chilled water and should have started making the bubbles as soon as the cakes went in the oven as they take ages! The bubbles dont really taste of anything but theyre fun to make

Grandson says amazing!
We had a lot of fun making these. The cakes tasted lovely. The process of making the bubbles was fiddly (you need to think ahead as the calcium mix has to go in the fridge for 30 mins then back in with the bubbles in for 10 mins. 7 year old grandson mastered the pipette well. The bubbles didnt taste of much but that wasnt a problem. Would definitely buy again for the science aspect (all explained in a child friendly leaflet)

Really fun and tasty
3 year old absolutely loved this baking kit, was easy to do, and he loved making the edible bubbles. Simple and tasty science! We've bought it again a few times

loved it
We loved this, yes don't expect amazing cakes or loads of icing, but they jelly bubbles worked really well and really worthwhile for a bit of food science!
