- Knead tube gently before use or place tube in a jug of warm water to soften.
- Remove cap and squeeze tube, applying even pressure.
- After use, wipe the end of the tube and replace cap securely.

Works OK But Vile Flavour
This icing works OK if you keep reheating it while using, or it just turns into a clump. I agree with other reviewers, though, that it doesn't dry well - the key is to write with lines as thin as possible, but even then cookies will somewhat stick together in a tin no matter how long you leave them out to dry. The taste, though, is quite unpleasant, even when sparingly used
Decorating icing
I used this icing for the centre of my sugar flowers. Easy to use, thought it would save me making some royal icing but it never set.
Not right
I bought this to decorate some gingerbread cookies. It tasted great, light vanilla flavouring but it most definitely is incapable of even a light set ! Consequently it made an awful mess of the cookies.
authentic looking
The tube needs warming up a bit to soften the icing but squeezes out nicely into lines, squiggles or whatever you fancy. Sweet but not chemical-y.
