Excellent seasoning

This has surprising complexity. Use it by itself just rubbed into some chicken thighs for roasting (a wonderfully easy dinner), or add in other flavours (a pinch of white pepper, a splash of pineapple juice, some ancho chilli flakes) to achieve something all of your own. An absolute bargain for 95p. Recommended as a store cupboard stable
