Super Spicy!
Should have read the reviews properly and not used quite so much. We used half a jar and some water for 5 thighs and it blew our heads off! Flavour was lovely and authentic but dont use too much.

spice it up real style
Hot Tip , cuts to the thigh, rub it in, and all over , teaspoon of honey slow slow grill, now taste that black juice and cover the thigh with it , pow wow bam ,thank me later for that amazing flavour, wink
Close to the real deal
This seasoning is so tasty. It can be salty if you add too much - you only need a small amount of marinade to get the flavour. Which makes it value for money. Adding 2 tablespoons to a kg of chicken would suffice
Best on Ocado
A bit of a salty after taste however I've compared the salt and sugar ratios of all the jerks seasonings and rubs on Ocado and this is easily the best - there's no need for salt to be the maon ingredient and I have no idea why sugar needs to be in there, but there you go
Absolutely stunning
This is recommended by pretty much everyone who knows anything about BBQ. Season some skin-on chicken thighs with a good coating of this overnight. BBQ the next day making sure you've got a nice crisp skin and a bit of char. Squeeze a lemon on top just before you pull off the BBQ. Absolutely stunning
