A refreshing change
A very pleasant brown sauce - tangy but not harsh.
My new favourite brown sauce!
Ocado sent me this for free to review. I'm so glad they did, it's delicious. I had stopped buying HP as it contains Glucose - Fructose Syrup. This is an even better, tastier substitute!
Flavoured water
I agree with the review below. The bottle I got is extremely runny, almost like water, I imagine this can't be normal as more reviews would have mentioned it. Very subtle taste unless you forget about it's consistency and tons pour all over your food.
Very runny
I must have had a bad batch but this was extremely runny for a brown sauce. Even refrigerating it didn't change it's consistency much. Not much flavour which suggested a bad batch with too much water added.
Brown sauce with a kick!
I have been a long-time lover of HP Brown Sauce but the recipe was changed when production went to the Netherlands. This is a great tasting brown sauce and made in Wales too!
