I was sent this to review. We found this to be more of a pasta sauce texture rather than a tomato sauce like you’d think of ketchup. It was quite watery and didn’t taste strong enough to be a sauce.
I’m reviewing this sauce after receiving a free sample from Ocado. This is a pleasant tasting sauce with a fairly subtle flavour. It reminds me a bit of a pasta sauce in flavour. I wouldn’t say that it would replace a traditional ketchup but works as an alternative sauce. Works best with sausages or chops.

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I dont use a lot of ketchup or similar but tried this free sample and was pleasantly surprised. The taste is not overwhelmingly sweet as some can be and the little kick of chilli made it a nice addition to chips and bean burger. It would be expensive if you use a lot but as an occasional accompaniment itll work well. It does say it only lasts 6 weeks once opened but Im ready to roll the dice and use it beyond that so its not wasted.
I’m reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. I was making a paella and used it for the sauce which was delicious. Not too thick or strong in flavour so good for a mild sauce but probably not for a bolognaise type sauce.
This is really good, nice taste of chilli but not too hot at all. Love the retro bottle label and the font used on label, going to try their bbq sauce next - watch out Heinz!
