Not really hot, but lovely flavour.
I put this on everything and its delicious. The flavour isnt too overpowering. Would recommend.
More flavour than fire but still great (hot) sauce
Really tasty hot sauce; the milder than expected level of heat allows more subtle, tangy flavours to come through.
Its bloody lovely
Left in the the cupboard for far too long . . . What a regret: cause this stuff is legit
New staple
This is now my go-to hot sauce. Use it a lot! Enjoy the taste of the scotch bonnet mixed with the fermented flavour. Think it'd be a good gift!
Love this.
Excellent with eggs and wings!
Spicy vinegar
Like an even more vingery, less spicy Tobasco. The flavour on its own is actually quite nice, but I find that as soon as I use it on a meal, the taste is barely there - it just isn't strong or robust enough to shine through, and just kinda disappears, even when adding a copious amount. I suspect it might work quite nice as a salad dressing, which is where I'll likely end up using it - the flavour may shine better there.
