Instructions
Cooking Instructions - General. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwaving. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
After cooking - ensure the product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.; Grill - From Chilled. Place under a preheated medium grill for 12-14 mins, turning regularly.; Oven cook - From Chilled. Place on an oven tray, cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 180°C/Gas 5 for 22-24 mins, turning halfway.; Shallow Fry - From Chilled. Heat a little oil in the pan. Fry on a medium heat for 10-12 mins, turning regularly.

Residue in pan?
Happy with flavour and texture but some kind of sticky residue is left that is very hard to shift, when fried in a pan with sunflower oil! For this reason I can't buy again, could be better in oven.

very strange,tasteless almost but odd texture too! Rest in the freezer where they will be staying,won't buy again.

bland
I dont like herbs or spices but thought Id give these a try, they actually dont taste of anything. The texture was ok. I wont be buying them again.

found bone inside.
Flavour is ok but a little gristly and my partner found a chunk of bone inside hers.
