Storage
Keep refrigerated, once open use within 2 days and do not exceed the use by date. Freeze on the day of purchase & use within one month. Defrost thoroughly before cooking & use the same day. Once defrosted do not re-freeze
Preparation and Usage
Cook from chilled. Remove all packaging. Not suitable for microwave cooking. All appliances vary, the following are guidelines only.
Oven: Place on an oven tray and cook in the centre of a preheated oven at 190°C/Fan 170°C/Gas Mark 5 for approx. 35-40 minutes, turning halfway.
After cooking - ensure product is piping hot and no pink colour remains.

great and tasty
Purchased this for sausage rolls. No complaints. Delicious
Great Taste
I use it fried up on my home made pizza, tasty
makes great sausage rolls!
I use this as a base for sausage rolls, I add a little nutmeg, ginger and loads of pepper, split into 60g logs then roll them in a little flour as it helps keep the juice in when it cooks. wrap in all butter pastry and bake for 25 mins. you get amazing sausage rolls with a high meat content, not the 30% stuff in shop bought, these are approx 60-70%. I buy two packs and bulk bake them for the week.
Not what Im used with
Was very moist and rather sloppy I made scotch eggs but it was hard to mould round the eggs Needed more seasoning should have cooked a tiny bit and tasted it first

Good plain sausagemeat that one can add their own flavouring to. Would recommend.

Buy a ready made puff pastry sheet, add this plus some sliced tomatoes and mushrooms and you will have a lovely sausage plait with just a little effort!
