Love the Econa original but tried this and I think I love it even more. I wouldnt say its extremely hot although of course that is subjective but it packs a decent punch without overpowering other flavours. Good go to add to lift a variety of dishes

Mahi Scrorpion at 16% is much hotter, this not so much..

Very nice flavour .I used to buy Other brands but this is the best.

Hot and versatile sauce

I like chill heat with all sorts of dishes and this sauce delivers. It doesn't have the vinegar flavour of some sauces and is extremely hot. I use it with eggs, fish, chicken, burgers - it's really versatile.

I love this sauce

I love the normal encona but this is my new favourite. Some of the other varieties have sugar and other weirdness added but this is just superb - I have it on almost everything!!
