I read the reviews ago and gave it a go in rhubarb crumble and wow! Its amazing.
this is lovely chopped up and put with clotted cream ice cream then drizzle some of the juice over lovely
So versatile, serve with ice cream or can be added to any dessert to make it interesting. Easy to use, keeps well in the fridge and delicious.
I adore ginger and this is the nicest as it's much firmer than a lot of own brands. It has a bit of heat and is totally delicious. I use it in rhubarb and ginger crumbles, ginger cakes, on chocolate ice cream, ginger cookies, thick greek yogurt, oh its endlessly verstile, especially good with cheese. I'm stocking up for Chrismas, if it lasts that long!
Absolutely delicious ginger, I use it in a lot of Chinese dishes, plus as a topping on pancakes or porridge, and I've used a bit of the syrup in mocktails. The ginger looks nice and is easy to cut into smaller pieces if needed.
The syrup is perfect for a Chinese recipe. Still need to find a recipe for cookies to use the balls with :-)
