Kids adore these!

I let the kids take these on a Friday as their school snack at break. Not my cup of tea, but they all ADORE them. Great value, too.

too sweet for me

Personally I dont really enjoy it as it is quite sweet, but my elder kid like it and it is quite handy when you are hungry

check the ingredients full of rubbish

Please do not eat these. Look at the ingredients listings oils and other nasties. There are healthier ways to get fibre in your diet

Birthday cake flavour

I've tried most of the flavours and other brands and can say these are my favourite! sweet like birthday cake should be. don't know how they are under 100kcal (well I do, the size) but they are filling so a great snack to take for work etc. recommended

Recipe change

These used to be my absolute favorite fiber one bar, unfortunately the recipe has been changed and they are now dry and rather tasteless. This is extremely disappointing for someone who loved these bars for years.
