£2.36 per 100gProduct information
Filotea Fettuccine is a 1cm wide pasta, delicious with meat and fish sauces.
Filotea produces dry egg pasta in the Marche region (central Italy), using the finest raw materials and following a unique recipe and artisan preparation methods. The result is an egg pasta that is reminiscent of a homemade one, traditionally prepared by grandmothers. It is light and easy to digest, while its textured surface helps to absorbe the sauces, thus exalting the flavour of all the ingredients. Filotea is regarded as one of the 'Top Italian Food & Beverage Experience' by the leading Gambero Rosso guide.

Absolutely delicious!!
Great texture, great taste! Worth the price.
REALLY LOVELY
Used this pasta for the first time tonight and because of the texture and light taste it complemented the venison meatballs in a chilli sauce Id made. It is rather expensive but will buy again to use when I make more rich pasta sauces.
errr no
This must be the empore's new clothes of pasta looking at the majority of reviews. To us, this tasted like cheap dry pasta., nowhere near as good as a good quality long cook dry pasta. tasted 'fluffy' and light with no aldente bite, despite being cooked for 2 minutes less than suggested, with a further minute in the sauce. spoilt my vongole.
worth the extra ££
delicious and goes a lot further than you'd think for the weight. I can't quite put my finger on what makes it better but it's yum
gorgeous pasta
possibly to the purists what im saying is heretical but mixed with parmesan butter and clotted cream this is my favourite meal right now. not cheap but you get. what you pay for. 1 pack is enough for 2 people
A good quality fettuccine
This egg pasta has a good flavour and texture. Makes all the difference and therefore worth the extra cost.
