Filotea Fettuccine with small pieces of fine black truffle. Excellent with wild mushrooms.
Filotea produces dry egg pasta in the Marche region (central Italy), using the finest raw materials and following a unique recipe and artisan preparation methods. Preparation and Usage
Hob - from ambient. Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add salt to taste. Add the pasta and cook until al dente, about 3 minutes. Then, drain the pasta and immediately add your favourite condiments or sauces.

Not taste \-
Very bad value - there is not taste of truffle -

I love pasta and that is great just with some butter and yes has a subtle taste but quality is still there.
Nice pasta... but flavour too subtle for the price
I got these as a free sample to review and was rather excited as husband and I love truffle. The pasta itself is very nice, lovely bright yellow when cooked, great texture. But we were slightly disappointed as expected more truffle flavour - and we ate them plain with olive oil to fully appreciate their taste. I won’t buy again at full price as too expensive for Such a subtle flavour.

GIVEN TO REVIEW.COOKS QUICKLY BUT NO WAY WOULD I SPEND THAT SORT OF MONEY ON IT. DONT THINK ITS ANY BETTER THAN PLAIN FETTUCCINE WAS NO TASTE TO IT AT ALL. COOKED IT WITH WILD MUSHROOMS, GREEN PEPPER, AND CHERRY TOMATOES AND WAS NO BETTER THAN NORMAL PASTA
