Preparation and Usage
Eat within a month and defrost thoroughly before cooking. Always cook fully before serving.
Instructions
Oven cook - From Chilled. In 17 mins
1 Preheat the oven to 200°C / fan 180°C / gas 6
2 Remove all packaging and wrap your fish in lightly oiled foil, to form a parcel.
3 Place the parcel on a baking tray on the middle shelf of your oven and cook for 15-17 mins.
4 Unwrap and serve.
5 Make sure your fish is piping hot and don't reheat.
Cookers along with the thickness of the fish can vary a bit - this is just a guide.

butterflied not butterfield
Its a whole seabass with the bones removed and stuffed with the herb butter. Very tasty. Beautifully cooked with the given time instructions. I bought without realising they were stuffed for another recipe thinking the butter would be on top but it made an excellent mealprobably better than the recipe I had expected to try!
