Hi - I'm Fred and I'm on a mission to deliver everyday fish that'll make your week, which is why I'm so obsessed with these sea bass. Fillets are gorgeous and dead simple, but if you're serious about your fish, why not push the boat out and try these whole sea bass?
They're all prepared and ready to cook - just wrap them in foil and bung them in the oven. Or you can steam them with chilli and lime - Thai style. Obviously, there are bones in, so be a bit careful when you tuck in.
Our sea bass is from Turkey, and the team here work closely with the ASC to make sure every pack of fish with my name on it has been sourced responsibly. At Fish Said Fred, that's a non-negotiable.
