Fish Said Fred ASC Whole Sea Bass 520g
Product information
They're all prepared and ready to cook - just wrap them in foil and bung them in the oven. Or you can steam them with chilli and lime - Thai style. Obviously, there are bones in, so be a bit careful when you tuck in.
Our sea bass is from Turkey, and the team here work closely with the ASC to make sure every pack of fish with my name on it has been sourced responsibly. At Fish Said Fred, that's a non-negotiable. And the fact that it's so healthy is just a bonus. The NHS recommends eating two portions of fish a week, but why stop there? I could eat it every day! And pretty much do.
Suitable for freezing
Product life guaranteed for 3 days excluding delivery day, with an average of 5 days.

Distinctly average
These were on the small side, with rather less meat than some of the sea bass you can buy from fish importers. Eyes were grey. Didnt smell fresh, not even for thawed fish. Personally I dont think Ill be buying again.
Fresh
Super fresh, fully prepared and easy to cook. Cooked in the oven with lemon, olive oil and oregano. Delicious.
saving?
How is 2 for £12 a promotion when they are £6 each?!
My favourite!
super fresh. I steamed these with leek and ginger for 15mins. Serve with my special hearby fish sauce. juicy and tender No fishy smell at all.
This is thawed frozen fish but not labled clearly
For thawed frozen fish it's OK, but not OK that Ocado do not tell you it is frozen. The pack has it hidden away on the back. Felt cheated.
Lovely!
Got in a flash sale and used the day before expiry. Found them fresh and tasty.
