Fish Finger Sandwich with Florette Mixed
Serves 2
Ingredients
Half a bag of Florette
Mixed salad
400g chunky fish fingers
4 slices sourdough bread, lightly toasted
80g tartare sauce
Method
1. Cook the fish fingers according to pack instructions and ensure piping hot before serving.
2. Spread each slice of sourdough bread with tartare sauce, add half of the fish fingers and a handful of Florette Mixed leaves. Top with another slice of bread before serving.

changed the mix
last 4 bags ive had they have swapped out one of the lettuces for round lettuce,which has a very distinctive texture and taste. again... same price lesser quality product.

Small Bits and Stems
This used to be decent but the recent bags have been comprised of small chunks of tired looking brown-edged leaves and an awful lot of it is made up of chopped up stems. It is no longer value for money in terms of quality. It was also unusable 2 days before the expiry date.

Maybe too much iceberg lettuce ontbevmix but it did not keep well
