Strange Taste
These olives had a slightly strange taste and the texture was a little bit odd as well. Maybe I'm just used to the olives you get in a pot but these really weren't for me. Wouldn't buy again, unfortunately.
Best Olives Ever
Honestly some of the best olives I've ever tasted. Smooth, non-grainy texture and a sweet flavour. The piquillo peppers just add flavour and sweetness and no heat. perfect
no pepper?
love all of these canned olives, so much better for environment as well as fantastic value, taste and store cupboard essential BUT last 2 tins....no pepper inside! While an unstuffed version would be great, clearly a packaging error?
different but tasty
These olives are very tasty and addictive. They have a different taste to other manzanilla olives, I think it might be the brine. But they are a nice salty treat, snack, appetiser Had them for the first time at an excellent tapas restaurant. One thing to note they are not extra large as stated in the can, they are a medium/large size for these variety. Lost one star as the filling is nearly non-existent, theres a tiny sliver of pepper in each but cannot taste it at all.
