Allowing you to use 95% less fat than oil*, Frylight is a lighter cooking oil alternative suitable for everyday cooking. With each spray of Frylight containing just 1 calorie, this means you can save over 100 calories* when using it in place of your regular poured oil. And with no artificial ingredients, it's the perfect choice for the whole family.

*Using 5 sprays per cook (5kcal/0.5g fat), which can replace 1 tablespoonful of oil (120kcal/15g fat) or butter (110kcal/12g fat) = 95% less fat and saves over 100 calories per cook.

if you like sticky surfaces

I found this produced a sticky residue on surfaces after heating so ditched it.

Convenient rapeseed oil

Free sample received for review from Ocado. I normally cook with rapeseed anyway but this was a convenient way of rationing the amount used. Not for high temperature cooking but pleasant flavour and easy to use.

Meh

Im reviewing this product because I got a free sample from Ocado. Normally I use olive oil to cook with and didnt like this product enough to switch to using it. I like cooking at a higher heat and this spray isnt suitable for that. I also prefer the flavour imparted by olive oil or butter. Having said that, its fine. It has little flavour and food didnt stick in the pan or tray when using it. Food does crisp up well enough with it. I think Ill mostly use the rest of it for greasing cake tins. It would be ok for someone on a low calorie diet or who struggles pouring the correct amount of oil. The spray mechanism is quite easy to press.

Decent Oil

I was sent a free sample to review by Ocado, it worked really well. I fried most things with it and non stuck to the pan so I was pleased. would recommend as didn't need to top up the pan with spray whilst cooking.

Ideal for morning omelette

I was sent to review this product by Ocado. It has kinda strange white foamy texture but came out pretty good. I have used it to cook Omelettes and pancakes and it was pretty good but I do not reccomend to use it in oven since it burns out pretty quick.
