Cooking Instructions - General. Enjoy hot or cold!
Warming Instructions: As cooking appliances vary, these are guidelines only.; Hob - From Ambient. Remove from packaging and sprinkle a little water over each flatbread. Heat in a frying pan for 10-15 seconds each side.; Microwave - From Ambient. Remove from packaging, place on a microwave proof plate. Microwave on full power for 15 seconds for 1 flatbread or 30 seconds for 4 flatbreads

Paneer Roti Rolls
Shopping List: (Serves 2)
- 200g approx. paneer, cut into small cubes (or use chicken if preferred)
- 2tsp of vegetable oil
- 1 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp dried mint
- 1 tsp salt
- Handful of red cabbage, thinly sliced
- Half red onion, thinly sliced
- Half green pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp plain yoghurt
- Fresh mint and coriander leaves
- Half lemon to squeeze
Cooking Instructions:
- Heat the oven to 180°C or ensure the grill or BBQ is at temperature.
- Mix the spices, salt, mint, oil and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Add the paneer and coat thorougly, marinade for at least 10 minutes.
- Place the paneer on a parchment- lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes, turn halfway through cooking.
- Warm the flatbreads according to instructions and spread with plain yoghurt.
- Top with the paneer, red cabbage, onion and pepper and garnish with mint, coriander and a squeeze of lemon taking care not to overload.
- Wrap tightly and cut each roll into 2 or 4 pieces.

Good!
Thicker than a normal wrap which just meant they were a good vessel for fillings and did not tear. They are a good texture and not dry at all. Nice onion flavour with a background of paprika.

I love the flavour of these, I had them with chicken and salad. Id definitely buy them again

Disapointed
We love this brand at our home, but sadly these Roti's were not good! They had a fake taste to them and tasted over-processed, which would also explain the long shelf life. Wont be buying again

Very tasty
They need to be dry fried to warm up once this is done it brings out the flavour and they puff up a bit.
