I love it. So creamy and nice to eat. Some cheeses can taste quite sharp and salty. This cheese is spot on

Strong and Nutty flavour

This is a great tasting vintage cheddar with a strong, nutty bite. Made a fabulous cheese and onion butty, the taste of the cheddar really making an impact on the taste buds.
