Brewing Tea Properly
When it comes to making a delicious cup of tea, there is no doubt that loose leaf will always be best - the leaves need space to spread out, unfurl and release their full flavour. For the best possible cup every time, use freshly-drawn, filtered water to fill your kettle, take care with how much tea you add to your pot, and give the leaves time to do their thing before straining into a cup.

very nice tea
Has a malty, clean taste. I drink mine with milk. Its on my weekly shopping list.
Great tea
Tried this for the first time a few months ago and it my new favourite. I’ve tried many loose Assam teas and spent a lot of money on ones that just don’t hit the spot, but this is really good, it’s strong but not too strong, and is a pleasure to drink. There’s never any residue floating at the top of my cup and there’s no tacky taste which I’ve found with other Assam teas. Yes it’s expensive but this is far better than others which are of equal price or are more expensive.
Doesnt taste like assam tea at all
I was very disappointed with the quality of the tea.
Great tea but ridiculously expensive
Ive been drinking this tea and I love it but wow its expensive here. Its 30% more than the cost of a fortnum tin per unit price
The best tea ever
This is the Holy Grail of tea in my opinion. Not cheap but so full flavoured if made properly and allowed to brew.
really really good
Weve been searching for the perfect tea to brew in our re-engineered Brown Betty teapot (look it up if you love a beautiful cuppa) and I think this G&P Assam wins the prize.
