Darjeeling
From the region famed for producing the 'champagne' of teas, this particular 2nd flush, with its silvery tips, produces a deep amber cup with a honey-sweet, floral aroma and all the distinct muscatel character so unique to a Darjeeling. Medium-bodied and fragrant, this makes for a wonderful afternoon cuppa, best without milk.

Brewing Tea Properly
When it comes to making a delicious cup of tea, there is no doubt that loose leaf will always be best - the leaves need space to spread out, unfurl and release their full flavour. For the best possible cup every time, use freshly-drawn, filtered water to fill your kettle, take care with how much tea you add to your pot, and give the leaves time to do their thing before straining into a cup.

Tea has changed!
Agree with the last reviewer. Ive been buying this tea for some time now but something is different about this latest box. It has little flavour, very dull and doesnt taste like Darjeeling at all. Huge disappointment, I always look forward to a pot of Darjeeling, but not with this tea anymore.
Steer clear
Darjeeling is my favourite tea, and I bought this on the basis of the good reviews. I don't know whether I received a bad batch, but it doesn't seem like darjeeling to me - none of the sweet fruitiness that I love, just a flat, stale, boring cup of tea. I drink without milk & have tried brewing this at various temperatures (90-100 degrees C), but 1st, 2nd, and 3rd brews of F&M FTGFOP are all vastly superior to anything this has given me.
very good
Good quality and a nice clean taste. Heretical I know but I prefer it with a drop of milk.
lovely brew
Good quality brew.
Flavoursome afternoon brew
I was given this tea by Ocado to review. Im a tea lover, and Darjeeling is a favourite of mine. This is a particularly good example, once Id found the teapot and strainer ( Ive fallen into bad habits). Its ideal as an afternoon tea, and was really nice with a Christmas biscuit or mince pie. I like mine black, and ideally in the Persian way with cubed sugar, but its just nice on its own.
Fantastic Darjeeling
A really delicious and fragrant 2nd Flush Darjeeling. Worth every penny.
