WARNING IT MELTS

Used it for 1st time yesterday, and after a few minutes of attempting to cook my bacon, the middle part had melted and bacon was actually black on some slices. I have never had cooking utensils melt in the microwave, and I have some that only cost £1 and that have been used for years. Neither do I have a nuclear microwave, just a basic one, so I am presuming that I got a duff product. But I will not be getting another one as it is too expensive an item to keep your fingers crossed that it will work! Really, really, disappointing.

Expensive but Good!

This is a great invention. You can cook approximately 3 rashers of bacon or 5 medallions in 2-3 minutes. The side vents let the steam out and keep the bacon moist. You have no grill pan to clean, no splatter in the microwave and it washes easily by hand or dishwasher. Love it!

Super gadget. Used it twice now and got really well cooked crisp bacon.
