Really healthy and great!

I thought I'd try this in my post workout smoothie shake. Added some in with along with my usual ingredients and I was enjoying that extra texture enhancement and flavour. On top of that it's good for the immune system and provides a host of health benefits. Really great!

Another source of some vitamins plus it’s all healthy seeds so good for you. You can taste the berries so that’s a nice addition.
