I used this in a malt loaf recipe, and it got the thumbs up from the whole family, including the fussy eaters.
I really liked the flavour. Smooth and almost creamy texture. However it is WAY too sweet, I could only get through half a can at any one given time. I think 1/3 of the sugar content would be enough.
Bought for my son who loves Supermalt, big mistake. This apparently is not once by comparison. He struggled to drink one can so gave it to the sink!
Mighty malt(like super malt and power malt)is one of three of which this is my favourite. Too sweet I.nm.o.but a lovely smooth rich flavour with bitter background of hops and barly malt. Like a rich cappuccino rather than cup of tea. Slightly similar to sarsparilla but completely unique,try a can ice cold. Not sure it's a health drink but it does contain some important vitamins as well as hops and barly malt.i recommend.
