Arrived crystallised and unusable. Totally unacceptable, do not waste your money.

Rock solid cant get it out of tube

Nothing squeezy about this honey! Have tried softening it in hot water and nothing is moving it. Cant get get it all out the bottle properly with a knife so is basically unusable

Arrived crystalised. Impossible to use. I'm aware all honey can crystalise but this is something else. I nit able to drunk the water in warm water every time I would like to use it to make it runny again. This is a quality issue. This was also a substitution.

Arrived crystallised but thought it would be okay. The taste is fine but wouldnt buy again due to it crystallising and being a pain to squeeze out of the bottle every morning.

Do not buy

have just opened this honey to use, a week after delivery. it's crystallized. Ocado should stop selling and refund everyone. I should have read the reviews and taken them into account before buying.
