Preparation and Usage
Easy to cook. Heat pan until hot, use a oil with a high smoke point - extra virgin olive oil would work well. Place scallops in pan, after 1 minute add a couple of knobs of butter and cook for 2 minutes. Turn over and cook other side. Scallops should be springy texture and firm when cooked.

Bought this in the flash sale. Slightly worried after looking at the mixed reviews but decided to take a chance with the product. They did smell a bit when the packet was first opened. However they tasted good after cooking. Firm and sweet with no fishy taste or smell. Pan fried in garlic butter and had them with spaghetti. Made simple and nice meal. They also freeze well. Will re purchase when on offer again.
divine fresh taste
Hesitated to buy these, but got on flash sale and will definitely order again! A good size and they have such a succulent flavour! I think small supermarket scallops have no flavor in comparison. These scallops could have come straight from the boat and I definitely recommend them to anyone who likes to taste the sea. I dont think I would serve them at a dinner party as theyre all about the taste and not uniform. Like nature intended.

this one was so horrible that I decided to leave my first review. the worst scallop that ive ever tried in my lifetime. so stinky. smells like ammonia. disgusting please reconsider before you order it
Delicious
I bought these on a flash sale and they were very good value. I read the other reviews so carefully regretted and cleaned them,there was a lot of grit! But once I had done that and dried them, they were delicious!
waste of money, 3 had gone bad
3 scallops were a deep grey colour when they arrived. I believe this is a sign they have gone bad, so I had to throw the whole packet away
