You got to love a Verdejo

Verdejo wines are one of my top three white wines of choice. Its fairly unknown to most wine drinkers yet, its the most: drinkable, understated wine I have come across. It surfs over your tongue in a silky, elegant fashion without leaving a stinging trace over the inner linings of the mouthGorgeous stuff! Having opted to try this brand of Verdejo, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised. This wine has a welcomed sweet note to it. Subtle, yet enough to make it make a charming choice on a summers day. Personally, I would drink it on its own or with a few tapas.

three times ordered with issues

Had a bottle that was corked, then one difficult to open followed by one where the cork was stuck. Maybe change supplier/storage?

Cork impossible to remove

Have bought this wine for some time, but like other reviewers had two bottles where it was impossible to remove the cork. Only way to open the win was to gouge out the cork taking 15 mins a time and leaving fragments of cork in the wine.

where has it been stored?

I ordered 2 bottles, to try it out, couldn't get the cork out, it had gone like rubber, but was also brittle in the middle so broke up when trying to remove, Wine seemed ok but has to strain to remove bits of cork.won't buy again .

Couldn\x27t get the cork out

I really like this wine and ordered 6 bottles recently. On 3 of them I just could not get the cork out of the bottle at all. It was almost as if the cork had been glued inside the bottle. No issues with getting a refund, but I'd rather have had the wine!
