Welcome to Proper Ice Cream.
Proper ice cream is churned slowly. Really slowly. It keeps the ice out of your ice cream so you get more flavour and a smoother texture.

This recipe was made by rippling homemade strawberry jam into a Cornish clotted cream gelato. It's fruity and summery and tastes like afternoon tea with Her Majesty on the lawn of Buckingham Palace.

Great icecream but not their best flavour

Love this brand but was disappointed with this flavour, it would be better if the strawberry were blended with the icecream. Swirled through it it's just too tangy and sickly.

Lovely ice cream, but not as creamy as expected, still worth the purchase. I bought a box of waffle cones to pair with the ice cream.
