Ciao. We are chefs who grew up in Italy and we're proud to do things properly.
Carefully crafted, slow churned gelato and sorbetto. Worthy of the finest restaurants and living rooms in the land.
This recipe is made from Bronte pistachios and toasted almonds with a hint of lemon. It's light, refreshing and smoother than a Sicilian moustache.

perfect in every way

My favourite ice cream, the combination of lemon, almond and pistachio is, to me, beautifully balanced. This is smoother and silkier in texture than any other ice cream. Hackney Gelato are maybe 30% why I order from Ocado despite living near other good supermarkets! Is that weird? If it is I dont care. I can get all the flavours and that is important to me!

Grows on you

At first, its a bit of a weird mix but it grows on you. The lemon overpowers the pistachio and almond taste. But not bad.

Largely lemon

I can smell pistachio but all I can taste is lemon. The Great Taste badge is usually spot on but I think they missed the mark here.
