Hackney Gelato Sea Salted Caramel Gelato 460ml
£5.75
£1.25 per 100mlProduct information
Carefully crafted, slow churned gelato and sorbetto. Worthy of the finest restaurants and living rooms in the land.
Notes of caramel and burnt toffee in this smooth gelato are enhanced by a sprinkle of Maldon sea salt. It's a complex but rewarding recipe. Like eating a cryptic crossword. Sort of.
Buon appetito,
Sam & Enrico

Consistency is strange
I love salted caramel but this one is not my favourite both in terms of taste and consistency
Nice, but...
Really good, flavourful, creamy ice cream but definitely stick to small portions, otherwise it quickly becomes sickly. And no-one wants that.
where has butterscotch gone?
I want butterscotch. I do not do salted caramel so will not be buying this. in fact there are only 2 flavours now that I would order. strawberry and clotted cream or the sticky toffee. here's hoping the sticky toffee is good and worth the calories and sugar carbs. the butterscotch was well worth the nutritional content.
Tastes good
Lovely flavour and a nice creamy texture, but whilst i have enjoyed this brand for a while I have noticed now the ingredients lists are not as clean as some other premium brands which is putting me off.
Delicious
I cant stop eating this!
Not What I Expected
Having tried various brands when it comes to salted caramel, I had high expectations for Hackney Gelatos offering, but I didnt fall for it, for me, Judes Salted Caramel is the pinnacle, and no other brand has come close for me, whilst Hackney Gelatos offering is ridiculously smooth and creamy, the salted caramel taste just didnt seem right, and it had unexpected bitterness. Its a nice ice cream, but for the price, Haagen Dazs and especially Judes are a much better purchase.
