Versatile!

Try this instead of brown sauce, its delicious and tangy. I have added it to sautéed onions and mushrooms as an accompaniment for savoury dishes.

This makes a very tasty dipping sauce.. it’s sweet, tangy and not at all overpowering and I’m sure it’d go well with almost anything.

nice flavour

We enjoyed this. The garlic wasnt too overpowering. This would go nicely with lots of different meals.

Packs a punch!

This ketchup is much fruitier than I thought it would be and it really packs a punch. It is very sweet but tangy as well. It was great with sausages but it’s versatile so could go with all sorts.

Tastes like chutney!

Not what I was expecting; as a garlic lover I was hoping for a garlicky ketchup but black garlic is very different. To me it tasted just like chutney.
