good.

This was a good surprise. I didn't have plans for it, just used it whenever sugar was called for, and it gave everything a nice twist. Can use on popcorn, baked crispy kale, pasta sauces, etc. I would try in baking, but it's incredibly expensive for the amount.
Wasn't entirely sure about smoked flavor and sugar together. Sprinkled over sugar cookies and it made them very unique. I might use it for some roast too!
I used this to make fudge and was not disappointed. It would add an interesting ingredient to many recipes and I will use it again for cooking my Christmas Ham.
