Preparation and Usage
It's so easy to make!
1 For best results separate into cubes and place into a jug/bowl.
2 Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of boiling water and stir until dissolved.
3 Add 1/2 pint (285 ml) of cold water, stir then pour into mould/serving dish.
4 Allow to cool, then refrigerate to set.
NB: adding fresh pineapple, kiwi or papaya fruit will prevent jelly from setting.

surprisingly good !
Used this in a trifle as Ocado had no raspberry jelly and everyone loved it !! Added maraschino cherries to the fruit cocktail and was delicious!

When did they add Fructose?
Kids suddenly stopped eating jelly. Couldn't understand it. So I ate it. Perculiar flavour, checked ingredients and Fructose is first on ingredients list. Won't be buying jelly again.

Horrible
Only got this because I can't seem to get blackcurrant jelly any more, which was lovely. I do not want sugar free as it tastes horrid. This is horrible. I tasted it then threw it away.

Nice flavour
Great jelly. I often make up a half strength batch and pour into reusable drink pouches. Kids love the them and so much cheaper than the jelly pouch drinks you buy. I also love eating it straight from the pack.
