Works great

I take one tablet a day along with my keto multivitamin. Although being on keto means you won’t eat carbohydrates that contain B vitamins, I found these works great. After years, I could grow my natural nail and I have not lost hair after 100 days of Keto diet which is a main concern for this type of diet:) I regret why I did not buy couple of this when it was on offer
