Not strips

These are nothing like the pigs ear strips I get from my local pet store which are exactly that, strips. These are clumps of what feels like fat (they are very greasy). It feels as if the left over bits from pig ear strips have been scrapped up from the factory floor. Given two stars as the dogs love them but then theyre labradors and will eat almost anything.

tasty

my gsd loves these, said they're very tasty, they have a great crunch, unlike some that can be rubbery, a nice treat for a naughty boy

Choking hazard

I was under the impression these were larger strips (as this is what I have gotten before from Hollings) and instead they are very small dense clumps that are huge choking hazards that I would never feed to my dogs.
