arrived squashed and contents all loose

purchased as a gift,item arrived all with packaging all squashed,rammed into bag with heavy stuff and the chocolates all rolling around inside the cellophane,such a shame as would have been a real treat,ocado customer service very helpful though,just a shame the robots who pack the shopping can't pack properly!!

What Happened?

Used to really enjoy these but the last box was just... blah. I suspect there has been an ingredient change.

Thoroughly enjoyable

Bought as a gift and the recipient was delighted. Great if you aren't a fan of dark chocolate

My fave HC mix

This is a great mix of pralines and Caramel chocs if that is your thing you can't go wrong. Just wish OCADO would get the award winning Pistache pralines selector in. Requested it 20 times now as it's my NO 1 HC choc!

BLAND AT BEST

I was looking forward to these as i have had other boxes by Hotel Chocolate and really enjoyed them. The chocolate is very good BUT the flavours are so bland, there really isn't any difference in each chocolate. I would buy the other flavour boxes again as a treat, but certainly not this one.

Good quality but all somewhat samey

Enjoyed the quality of these - though could do with a bit more variety - some crunch or alcohol or spice they are all pretty much variations on caramel choc - which is great if that is what you are looking for. All got eaten though !
