I have to be honest and say that I think Hotel Chocolat chocolates are over-rated. To me, they taste like "long life" chocolates that don't contain ingredients which would perish such as fresh cream, and the chocolate quality is average, without any particularly good chocolate flavour. My rating takes the price into account, as I don't think they are good value, given the quality and price.

Received these to try and we really enjoyed the variety of different types and have always been a fan! Lovely quality chocolate thats really unique. Went down a treat

Disappointing
Received as a free gift from Ocado and was really looking forward to trying as we never buy boxes of chocolates. However, these failed expectations, we felt that the chocolates didnt taste anything like what they were claiming to taste of, they were really sweet and havent got much flavour of chocolate. I would have been really disappointed if I had purchased them.
