Best face brush yet!
received this today, have been considering it for a while but so glad I bought it now! I have menopausal acne just starting to break out, it's painful and very sore to the touch. I've tried many face brushes and until today not one of them has helped. The bristles are not too soft and are natural and you can feel them clearing your pores as you run it over your face in circles. I've used it with a natural goats milk soap as I'm trying to cut out chemical rich products and I have to say it's left my face clean, smooth and refreshed without irritating the sore pimples around my jaw line! I've just added another for my teenager who has skin like smooth glowing glass as she's so impressed with the results this brush has given on its first use. I'm not sure how long it will last but at £5.05 I'm not too bothered. It needs drying out properly over night to ensure it doesn't rot the wood or the natural bristles and definitely needs cleaning with a natural soap after every use to remove any bacteria it's picked up from your skin.
I used it dry
Very suitable as a dry brush, probably won’t last long with products or if left wet? I have quite a delicate skin it didn’t leave me sore or irritated. Not too expensive.
first face brush
Ive never used a face brush before but wanted to try it. Great way to exfoliate, both hubby and I love it.
Too rough for me
I have combination skin and I used this brush just once to clean and exfoliate with my usual cleanser. I found the brush far too hard for my skin, It actually hurt to use it so I had to very gently skim the surface of my skin. I might use it to clean the hard skin off my feet after a shower as it's that rough.
Good lil brush.
Good lil brush, not too harsh and not too soft, just right for the face. I've had no bristles fall out of mine and having bought other brushes in the Hydrea London line, I expect good things from this lil brush. Would recommend.
Mmmmm.....
Ok, so brought this as I always get dry skin with the weather change / heating on at this time of year.... I would say it's a little to soft & ive already had about 20 bristles come out with the 1st use.... So probably won't last long
