A staple purchase Agree with all the other reviews - this tastes great and has just the right consistency. If you need it to be runny, a quick stir and it will pour like a liquid.

Keeps its consistency I regularly make a favourite dish of penne, chopped smoked ham, peas, lots of chopped mint and creme fraiche. Cook the penne and peas then mix in the other ingredients and heat through. Delicious! Isigny Saint Mere creme fraiche is the only one I've found that doesn't turn watery when making this dish.

Thick and creamy I agree with other reviewers that this is nice and thick and creamy. We get it regularly.
