Italianavera truly is the story of a little girl who grew up amongst the sprawling fields of San Marzano sul Sarno, saw the red fields of tomatoes growing on a daily basis, watched the women work and was resolute in her determination to honour and applaud it all, sharing a small piece of a simple, yet hugely impactful part of her narrative with others. Celebrating tradition, heritage, simplicity, quality and provenance, Italianavera is relevant to every contemporary kitchen where fuss-free, quality food shapes every day dining.

good but to expensive
Has a great flavour but at £8 its just to expensive to justify
just alright
It wasnt bad, I liked the taste but I found the sauce a little watery and its so expensive!!!!! Cheaper to buy truffle paste & addit to Passata.
Oily and under\-seasoned
While I admit the truffle flavour was prominent, the overall taste of the sauce was disappointing. It contained unappetising grease droplets and tasted too sweet. I had to add a lot of salt to make it palatable. Overall - acceptable but not worth the astronomical price.
nope
I didnt like the taste at all.
Sadly Dissapointed
I love truffles and often buy the two in a jar to grate over scrambled eggs or thinly slice over a a quality four Season's pizza or pommodora pasta. I bought this sauce on a flash sale @50% off promotion and was expecting a treat. Firstly for the real price the jar is quite small, but when I opened the jar I admit it did smell pleasantly of truffle, though as it warmed that smell seemed to disappear somewhat, although the pleasant taste was still there but not as strong as when it was cold. I also found it was quite watery once warmed and had to add tomato puree to thicken which defeated the object really. Would I buy again? Yes, but only if it was on flash sale or repriced at a much lower level.
Truffle flavour too strong
I like truffles but this was overpowering. Totally dominated the meal and stunk the house out
