Nice but not as hot as advertised

Gives you a good whack of chilli but not as hot as youd think. Good with pizza.

Quite a kick

I used this in a warm drink as I would normal honey when I was not feeling too well. I think it did the trick probably owing to the fact that it had quite a kick to it! If youre not adverse to the heat, would definitely recommend as has a really nice flavour too.

lovely habanero punch!

This was delicious! We love chillies in my house and we like 'em hot, I have 12 different types of chillies in the spice cupboard, not including those chopped up in the freezer. Habanero is not our favourite but it's probably near the top 5 and it suits honey well because it's very fruity in flavour. It may be too hot for some but I think what you put it with could temper some of that spice, but I may not be the best judge of that because we have no problem with heat here, our most used is scotch bonnet (2nd harvest not the weak 1st harvest rubbish they sell in supermarkets). My biggest issue is trying to find things to put it on or in, especially with such a large bottle! toast works fine, problem with adding it to curries and marinades for me was adapting it to fit with other ingredients and spices in the meal but the absolute best for me I recommend to try is drizzled on pepperoni pizza!

very hot

Im reviewing this as I received as free sample from Ocado. I was impressed with the packaging and size of the product. Personally I found it too hot (although it is classed as hot so thats not a complaint). Ideal for BBQs.

I recieved this to review. It is very,very hot so you only need to use a few drops. I also used it as a marinade which worked really well.
