How We Craft Our Biltong...
We only use quality cuts of prime beef. These are seasoned carefully with our special family recipe using selected ingredients. Finally the beef strips are slowly air-dried and cut into thin slices, in the traditional South African way.

Fake Reviews
Product is quite repulsive & the multiple fake reviews need two be removed
Half the pack inedible
Too chewy, too salty and half of it inedible due to gristle. Ill stick with the normal jerky thanks!
Biltong Jerky
A fair amount in the pack I wouldn't say it's close to Biltong as Biltong has a nice amount of spice and heat. Bit on the mild side for me but my friends loved it. I received the product for free, but this is an honest review.
Inferior to jerky?
This is a generous pack of biltong, but it has no flavour. The texture is flaky and papery, and unlike jerky, which is chunkier and more tender. If youre on a Duke of Edinburgh expedition, this could be an extremely good value snack, albeit bland.
Its not Biltong
This isn't Biltong, it tastes like that awful jerky stuff. If you know your biltong chances are you might find this rather disgusting. If you don't know your biltong you might think this tastes ok.
Very good though slightly too salty
Tasty full flavour, high protein European beef rather than South American. Just a bit too salty maybe.
