We only use select rump beef, cut into thin strips. These are then seasoned carefully with our special family recipe using selected ingredients. Finally the thin beef strips are dried and smoked slowly in hot air - in the traditional way.

Not meaty, too much sugar
While it is better than the bars from the same manufacturer, this snack still fall below my expectations. It feels like the meat has not been cut from whole, but rather jelled together with sugar and then made squares out of it wont buy again
strange flavour
Struggling to get good biltong so tried this. The flavour was overpowering and synthetic

I have tried the original and the Sweet & Hot flavours, they are both delicious but the Teriyaki is my favourite. Very tasty and full of flavour.

I love Jack Link's beef jerky. It tastes delicious and is a great snack. The Teriyaki variety is full of flavour and very moreish.

A deliciously and distinctively terikayi flavoured take on beef jerky. The jerky itself was tender and not overly dry or chewy. Verdict = tasty snack.
